Up through thick
deodar forest which give way to rhododendron
and birch scrub, over high passes, through
the little known village of Barabangal and
into the Kangra Valley, this is a trek for
the fit. Climbing skills are not required
but the reward for extra efforts are
immense. The views are stunning and
magnificent as you look around from the top
of a 15,000’ pass. Many outstanding flowers
can only be seen when joining a trek like
this. Miniature primulas, waldhemia,
cremanthodium & delphinium are represented
by species only found above 14,000’.
Here is your chance to get away and be
amongst the high peaks themselves . The
satisfaction of reaching the top is
tremendous.
